"I believe it is crucial to use NLP to teach NLP. Therefore I use metaphor to introduce each aspect to be covered, then move on to an explicit frame so that the learning can be conscious as well as unconscious. I lead a discussion on practical uses of the technique or methodology eg practical applications in the real world. If appropriate I will give a demonstrate to the whole group of the technique. There will then follow some form of practical exercise where trainees experience the teaching point. Following this there will be an open frame opportunity for questions, comments and feed back. A comprehensive manual is provided for back up and underlying methodology.
